I have been involved in helping organise the UK PMU Conference & Awards for a number of years alongside the original founder Theresa Wild.
Theresa’s vision was to create an unrivalled event for PMU education in the UK - which was more than realised over the last 6 years!
As someone who knows the industry and the event well, when Theresa decided it was time for her to focus on other projects, I was the natural choice to be her successor as the organiser.
The event in 2023 will bring the elements that you know and love, together with a few fresh ideas!…making it our best yet!

Lavinia is an International trainer and expert in aesthetic and medical dermopigmentation Lavinia Pop started her journey in beauty and cosmetics 18 years ago.
She is a master specialist in tattoo removal with non laser therapy and a multi-brand dermopigmentist.
She has researched skin phototypes and fitzpatricks to get the best results related to the skin type. She's also the author of PIGMENTOLOGY PROGRAMME, a programme that has been completed by thousands of students and hundreds of trainers all over the world.

Meet Kally
Kally is a UK Artist and specialises in the most realistic three-dimensional Paramedical Areola Tattoos. Kally has fine-tuned her skills over the past 6 years and is coming to The UK PMU Conference this September.
Realism tattooing in Permanent Makeup is a relatively new concept, Kally has worked over the past 17 years perfecting her tattooing techniques, and in the past 6 years focussed on creating the most Realistic 3 Dimensional Areola Nipple Tattoos. Using a mixture of PMU and Body Tattooing techniques Kally with share with you her unique style in Paramedical 3D Areola Nipple Tattoos.
Kally's impact extends beyond her individual clients. She is actively involved in raising awareness about breast reconstruction options and the role of areola and nipple tattooing in the healing process. Through educational initiatives, workshops, and speaking engagements, Kally shares her knowledge, dispels myths, and advocates for greater understanding and support for those seeking post-mastectomy solutions.

Jenna Leigh is the Founder and Creator of Success on Socials and is a Business & Marketing Mentor.

Nurse Tracy began her professional career in Vermont, USA in 2008 as a Registered Nurse specializing in women and children’s healthcare, specifically labour & delivery, for over a decade. Burnt-out and back-broken by 2019, Nurse Tracy began her PMU career after getting inspired when having her eyebrows microbladed!
In the past 4 years, Nurse Tracy has owned and operated 3 licensed tattoo shops in Vermont and now Florida, with up to 5 independent tattoo artists operating at one-time. Nurse Tracy is Vermont’s first in-state, state-approved Cosmetic Tattoo trainer, with over 40 new cosmetic tattoo artists certified and licensed since 2021!
Nurse Tracy has trained in all styles of PMU and Paramedical
tattoo, however, her favorite treatments to perform include lip blush and 3D areola tattoo! Nurse Tracy was inspired to create PMU GOO, the first full-spectrum CBD Aftercare cream after being challenged by clients and students to stop the itching and flaking of a PMU or paramedical tattoo treatment.
Nurse Tracy uses her nursing and cosmetic tattoo background to create optimal aftercare products for PMU artists, while educating them on the importance of proper skin healing methods. We can use the best machines, needles and pigments, but if our clients use no or poor aftercare products then our results will suffer.
In her spare time, Nurse Tracy is an aunty to 3 fiery redheads, now in their early to late teens. She is also a crazy cat lady with 8 cats – 7 of which are black, 1 gray! Black cats are the least adopted and most abused, so they hold a special place in her heart. 4 of the 8 were adopted right after Halloween, which is the
most dangerous time of year for black cats, especially strays.

Claire Raymond rapidly became one of the most sought after PMU Artists within the Southwest, as soon as she became part of the PMU industry back in 2016.
Her drive to achieve perfect results every single time, as well as her constant thirst for knowledge, has led her to train with many of the world’s best Permanent Makeup Artists.
Claire prides herself in continuously updating her skill set to adapt to our ever-evolving industry. This drive hasn’t gone unnoticed leading her to receive many prestigious, national and global awards for her work over the years with 2022 being her best year yet, being awarded Eyeliner Artist of the year!
The name Claire Raymond is now rapidly growing within the PMU industry as an exceptional Eyeliner Artist, with PMU Artists from across the globe seeking to learn her skill set.

Meet Jade
Jade started her Permanent Makeup career in 2015 and continued to do several masterclasses with European expert artists. Jade has a keen eye for details and a background in Art and Design, as well as a passion for drawing and painting.
On the personal side, Jade is a gym bunny and an avid holiday lover and the thought of makeup on the beach and in the gym fills her with dread! I mean really, who wants to have their brows melting down their face? Not Jade!
Jade has added her own artistic flair to her treatment style and will be sharing her soft, shaded hyperrealism brows with attendees.

Meet Tori
Tori Rosero “Tori Tattoo” has become one of the most sought-after pmu/tattoo artists in the U.K. since she started in the industry over 6 years ago. In this time Tori has grown her niche into one of the most popular tattooing techniques right now - Fine line tattooing/Tiny Tattooing.
Tori has travelled across the globe with her work including guest spotting in Las Vegas, Dublin & Spain. Tori has won many awards in this time including the Tattoo Artist of the Year Award 2022.
Tori Tattoo is growing fast within the industry and created the U.K.s First Accredited Fine line Tattoo Training for PMU artists. People have travelled from all around the U.K. & overseas to learn Toris sought-after technique.
Tori’s desire to create a safe & positive mindset on an industry that is very taboo has encouraged her to grow & share her knowledge with others to do things the right way.
Meet Dove
Dove started training in semi-permanent makeup in 2013 and instantly knew it was what she wanted to do. Over time, she has developed a true passion and creative flow for the industry. Her vision is to create waterproof beauty.
She feels she has been extremely lucky and privileged to work in numerous salons and undergo training in Covent Meese in the UK. Her extensive knowledge has helped her to create her own technique to the highest standards.
Lip blush is her favourite treatment to perform and teach, and she is obsessed with mixing colours to achieve stunning results.

Meet Jasmine
Jasmine Diebelius - International PMU Artist! Jasmine's Permanent Makeup career started in 2014 with a makeup artistry background. Fast forward to 2023 Jasmine is a world-recognised Artist, Judge, Speaker, and Demonstrator at a high level. Most known for Lip Tattooing but also specialises in Brows, Eyeliner and Tiny Tattoos. With thousands of students both in person and online worldwide - the passion for teaching and sharing knowledge is Jasmine's why.

Becci Gibbons is a highly accomplished professional in the field of Permanent Makeup (PMU), with a career spanning over a decade.
Her passion for PMU grew as she then channelled her expertise and experience into teaching.
Her dedication to education has been instrumental in shaping the next generation of PMU artists.
Becci's talents and reputation have not gone unnoticed, as she proudly became a Sponsored Artist for the world-renowned @killerbeautypmu, further solidifying her position as a trusted authority in the PMU industry.

Kerry is a multi-award winning PMU & SMP Artist & Trainer and one half of Scalp Sista’s Hair Tattoo Specialists.
Always one for progressing and bettering her skill & knowledge, Kerry has over the last 7 years in the industry obtained 40+ qualifications and certifications. A little excessive, or even obsessive perhaps but Kerry truly believes that you really can never know or learn too much. With that mindset and ethos and drive, Kerry takes this into her treatments and training courses making sure students and clients get the very best.
Kerry has a particular love and passion for SMP as does her friend, fellow artist and business partner Jess Abbott this led to Scalp Sista’s being formed in early 2022 which has also recently become international!

Natalie Della-Verde, Owner of BADGAL Brows is a passionate PMU Artist & Educator based in Leeds, UK with 8 years in the industry.
I train in fundamental Permanent Make Up right up to advanced technique Masterclasses.
I’m an online course creator with students worldwide & product developer.
I enjoy supporting the PMU Community by sharing valuable content as a guest speaker on podcasts & hosting Instagram Lives. I extend this with offering Coaching & Mentoring for PMU artists.

Meet Jessica
Jessica is an award-winning sponsored artist and international trainer, she is one-half of the Scalp Sista’s Hair Tattoo Specialists.
Jessica has been in the cosmetic tattooing industry for 10 years and performs both medical and cosmetic tattooing including scalp micro pigmentation.
Always striving for perfection and improvement and believes it is essential to stay up to date with new techniques, pigments and supplies, in an ever-growing industry like this. She has continuously developed her skills through undertaking many courses , and is now an educator and assessor in micro pigmentation .

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 15 years and have been specialising in SPMU for the last 10 years
My speciality and passion is for microblading and brows!
We have recently launched in Dubai in September 2021 and are opening our very own salon @nichesalondxb which we are super excited about!

Meet El
El is a multi-award-winning Practitioner, with 28 national awards up to date in the fields of Microblading, Permanent Makeup, Scalp Micro Pigmentation (SMP), Medical Tattoo & Medical Micropigmentation;
and is one of the most recognised UK and International leading experts in Cosmetic and Medical Tattooing.
El is also a judge, demonstrator, speaker, and educator at UK and global conferences and events.
Several of her articles for the PMU industry have been published by the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals (SPCP) & Team Micro, as well as Safety in Beauty.
El holds an international accreditation & is a member of SPCP & Royal Society of Medicine. She has been a Practitioner in the field of Permanent Cosmetics since 2014 and has been an educator since 2016. El has trained for the most prestigious academies: Nouveau Contour & KB Pro for 7 years. El is now the owner, together with Natalia Kwiecinska, of the Perfect Definition Academy.
