Thank you for your interest in participating in UK Permanent Makeup Conference. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you to go through the following terms and conditions:
In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards, Body and Brows Events.
By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards event..
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchases:
BY PURCHASING A TICKET ON A PAYMENT PLAN/DEPOSIT/SUBSCRIPTION - YOU AGREE TO PAY FOR YOUR TICKET IN FULL BEFORE 1st JANUARY 2025
We will organise a subscription payment, via our payment provider Stripe - using the same card used for the deposit purchase. Outstanding payments will be spread into equal monthly payments on the 1st of each month, spread equally, with the total amount payable in full by the 1st of January 2025
Any outstanding ticket invoices must be paid in full by The Ticket holder no later than 1st of January Those tickets left unpaid in full or part at this point will be cancelled, without refund under any circumstance.
Information is collected from those registering with UK PMU Conference in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
Please note that UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions and program of events – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser (www.pmuconference.co.uk). These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards tickets.
The prices UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards ticket are displayed on the website. This figure is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access the event venue on the dates when UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attend the UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry to the venue.
The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the UK Permanent Makeup Conference tickets, once (s)he receives the email. UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered invoice is stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.
Kindly note that www.pmuconference.co.uk is the sole authorised source for purchasing UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them void.
The UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards tickets are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).
Whilst all care has been taken in preparing the program and schedule of speakers, we do not warrant any of the content set out in the program information contained on the conference website including the timing, speakers and program. Details of speakers and topics are correct at the time of going to press. However, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions of speakers and topics for which we cannot be held responsible. All speakers and items contained in the program are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make changes to the conference program without notice but will use our best endeavours to arrange new and relevant speakers. The organisers may add, withdraw or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the performances. The organisers or/or Venue Owner reserves the right to admission. The venue/ organiser reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
Please note that UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits. UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the event ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of the Directors will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes). The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards starts on the scheduled date. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.
If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue – UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards – due to delays, federal regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, acts of god, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.
If UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Body and Brows Events has the sole and absolute right to i) reschedule the event, or ii) issue a partial/full refund, or not issue any refunds. Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.
UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards, reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or move the event location, your ticket(s) is still valid, and there is no need for action on your part.
If UK Permanent Makeup Conference is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, production delays, and the like. Once again, the decision of Body and Brows Events will be considered final. If UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards has to be rescheduled to other dates, or locations you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and any other such charges or expenses. Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. Body and Brows Events cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.
All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.
By purchasing UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to Body and Brows Events to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage. The organisers/Venue Owner may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims – full or in part – and all claims & entitlements related to it.
UK Permanent Makeup Conference does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
Please note that you purchase UK Permanent Makeup Conference and Awards tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.
The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
